Drink plenty of Water.
None of us drink enough Water.
One recommendation is to drink 1 oz. of water for every 2 lbs. of body weight. This is hard to do, so I would suggest just drink as much as you can and then drink some more.
Water is the best detoxifier. It helps the body eliminate toxins.
Water keeps the blood and lymph fluid and clear.
Water keeps mucus thin.
It is the fuel for your metabolism.
Water manages the electrical current in the body.
Water helps your brain.
When you start drinking more water you can expect to urinate more. It is only natural.
In the beginning, your body will use the water to rehydrate itself.
Then it will flush the toxins that have accumulated.
Once it comes back into balance your need for water may be reduced.

Add Good Fats to your diet.
Eat fish 3 times/week.
Eat nuts and seeds.
Use Olive Oil and other Nutritious Oils, Coconut Oil is good for most.
These Good Fats may be vital to overcome eczema and other chronic conditions.

Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables; the more colorful the better.
It is these things that keep all of our vessels toned up.
Mainstream medicine is recognizing more benefits everyday.
Eat leafy greens, the more the better.
Buy them fresh and organic or:
Experiment with growing a few salad greens in the garden. Eat them raw, or steamed.
Arula, kale, beet greens, dandelion leaf.
Gota Kola is easily grown indoors and is delicious as well as nutritious.
Graze on the eatable flowers all around us or add them to salad:
Nasturtiums, borage, pansies, red clover blossoms
Batter fried squash blossoms are a rare treat or batter and fry sage leaf.

Eat yogurt and other fermented foods: pickles, apple cider vinegar, komucha tea and miso.
Take acidophilus and enzymes
(acidophilus is especially important if you drink coffee).

Add tonic herbs to your day to day diet in the form of teas or eaten as foods:
alfalfa, red clover, raspberry leaf, nettle, dandelion, chamomile, ginger, rosehips, oats.
Many commonly used spices have been shown to possess antioxidant properties use them consciously. Rediscover their medicinal properties; many make excellent first-aid remedies.
Basil, oregano, marjoram, parsley, sage, garlic, thyme, cumin, cardamom, dill, turmeric, cinnamon

Imagine you are given $100. per day to spend on the function of the body.
Imagine it takes $50. per day to get through the day. When you over spend the result is illness.
Reduce living expenses to prevent acute episodes of chronic disease.
Save money, spend less to survive, to restore health.

Avoid trash food, and bad relationships. Seek happiness. Find a spiritual center.

As with anything, consider your own unique make up in evaluating this information.
Evaluate your own specific concerns and select the plants that best suit your condition.
Herbal medicines can warm cold conditions, and be useful to cool excesses.
They can improve circulation, digestion, the immune system, relieve stress and fatigue, improve quality of sleep.
